What you'll do?
Leading the development of a modular architecture that supports the ADAS Features being developed
Defining and taking ownership of some of those features to oversee the development from start to finish
Performs Systems Engineering activities for Active Safety products (ADAS) in projects
Act as part of an international project team and collaborates with stakeholders and production sites
Analysis and comprehension of external and internal stakeholder requirements
Definition of Feature-level Uses Cases
Definition of System Requirements from high-level feature descriptions together with Development & Engineering groups, Sales, Project teams (multi-site) and Product Areas
Developing System Architectural Design that incorporates multiple systems based on Use Cases and Identify synergies with existing system architectures to maximize architecture re-use
Overseeing the start to finish development of fused multi-system features (Requirements, Data Collection, Feature Development, Validation, SW Test, Embedding, to Execution/Customer Feedback)
Moderation and reviews of Customer and System Requirements and System Architecture
Supporting new customer specific projects during the request for information or quotation phase
Collaboration with system safety/security to develop safety/security concepts in order to achieve required functional safety and cyber security
Supporting System Integration in scope of Vehicle demonstrations or other onsite demands
What you'll bring
Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering, or appropriate experience in such a position
5-7 years of experience in a technical environment and/or technical product design
Good knowledge in Automotive industry preferably in Active Safety systems or appropriate safety related industries
Good knowledge of UML/SysML ideally Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Profound knowledge in Systems Engineering, Safety Analysis, Embedded Systems and Electronics
Profound knowledge of feature development cycle (requirements/architecture/validation/SW test/embedding)
Good knowledge in Hard- and Software
Experience in Automotive SPICE
Team player who likes to work in project groups
Good communication skills with an proactive approach
Good knowledge in English & German, both verbal and written
